55 series

Four models of the 55 Series are available: the PA5155 with 5.1 metre reach and 55 hp hydraulics, the PA5455 with 5.4 metre reach and 55 hp hydraulics, and the PA5555-60 with 5.5 metre reach and the PA5755-60 with 5.7 metre reach, both with a 60 hp hydraulic system. The later models are equipped with an integrated oil cooler as standard to ensure durability with the increased engine power.

All models are offered with a wide range of accessories and customisation options, increasing versatility and enabling customers to create a machine that matches their exact needs.

Introduction

Designed for farmers, contractors and municipal green maintenance teams, the 55 Series machines are robust and reliable, with cast iron pumps and gearboxes and high capacity oil filters as standard.

Available with VFR, hy-reach and parallel arm geometry, hydraulic safety breaking, Power Slew and a wide range of accessories, the 55 Series offers improvements that are the envy of other mainstream mid-range Power Arms.

With a wide range of attachments including cutter bars, rotary tillers, multisaws and a ditch and trench cleaner, the 55 Series machines can do much more than just hedge and verge cutting - allowing contractors to expand the services they can offer their customers.

Ready for challenges

The 55 Series machines can be equipped with McConnel's powerful Omega rotor and flails or a 1.5 m Multicut flail head with powerful F14 flails - McConnel's most powerful cutting tool. Both combinations make it easy to handle even the most demanding clearing jobs, including hedges with three-year growth.
